4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ShortsFusion AI is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your information.

4.2 Content Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of any content you create using ShortsFusion AI. However:

  • ShortsFusion AI does not store user-generated videos indefinitely. Users are responsible for downloading and backing up their content promptly.
  • ShortsFusion AI is not liable for any loss of data due to service disruptions, technical issues, or user actions.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

5.1 Temporary Data Storage

Content such as videos, images, and scripts uploaded or generated using ShortsFusion AI is stored temporarily to process and deliver services. This data is not retained indefinitely.

5.2 Analytics and Tracking

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Availability

7.3 Free Trial

ShortsFusion AI may offer a 14-day free trial for new users to explore the platform. During this period, users can access features included in their selected plan without being charged.

  • Automatic Subscription Activation: If the user does not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the user will be charged based on the selected pricing tier.
  • Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their subscription at any time during the trial through their account settings. No charges will be applied if cancellation is completed before the trial ends.
  • Billing Cycle: Once the trial ends, the first payment will be processed immediately, and the subscription will continue on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan).
  • No Refunds for Unused Trials: If the user does not utilize the trial or forgets to cancel, refunds will not be provided for the first charge. Contact support for more details.

By starting a free trial, users agree to these terms and acknowledge that continued use beyond the 7-day period results in an automatic charge.

8. Termination of Services

ShortsFusion AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Changes to These Terms

ShortsFusion AI may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
